Around 18.40 german time. Please watch the logs.
He did attack the protected area at carrier some days ago too.

Today this, think he just misjudged things so just gave a warning, maybe someone can check.

Okay I have sent him a PM with the link to our rules, as officially we didn't hotlink them to him before I believe. On the next infraction though, be it C4, ram, baserape ... just ban him. He has had enough chances by now in my opinion and has even been unbanned!

temporary or permanent?

please refrain from mentioning deprecated temporary ban commands as it may confuse some of our Members. The ban is without doubt, permanent; although in my opinion it should be issued on the next infraction.

This player is not cheating or glitching, he is a rule breaker that has already been given a chance. I don't feel like issuing a permanent ban on him remotely; but rather to issue one in the event he breaks another rule (any other rule), no warnings ... "just ban him".

I just want to mention that baserape or runway attack warnings can happen if you are dogfighting, shooting a missile against the enemy jet, he flares, the missile gets mislead into a starting jet (for example). We should be sure that the baserape was really intentional. I agree, he should be banned for the next intentional infraction.

Just as a side note:
A few days ago it happened to me that I bombed a tank at south base and got a warning for "dont attack jet on the runway"

Well, that is weird! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for expression your opinion. I was not aware of this possibility while dogfighting.
