My name in the real world is Andy, I am British but now live permanently in the USA. I am probably one of your oldest players at 50yrs old. I have played on and off since about 2006/7. A friend of mine got me into gaming he was at one time the world no.1 his nickname was I_am_ Spartacus if anyone recalls him? I have mainly played infantry and haven't done to much flying, but wish I could get the knack of those attack choppers as they really dominate a game if you have good pilots!

I play more in the winter as they are long here we have snow for 4-5 months a year. Have played with quite a few of you guys and its also great when I hear a British accent from time to time. Looking forward to more good rounds, see you on the battlefield :-)

Welcome! I'm new myself, though I am a chopper guy. I think I have a bit more patience than some that play the game lately though...Everywhere I go, it seems like people get in the chopper (If they don't teamkill you for it), and then keep spamming the "Get out" button. Because they want to fly and be gunner and show everybody how awesome they are, I guess.

Anyway, hope to see you around! I haven't really played with most here, I think I'm getting on too late, so I'm going to try earlier soon.

I know what you mean, some players take the game way too seriously. If you get the gunner position and you are not too great they arn't happy at all lol. But hey I have thick skin thats okay. See you around NeoJ !

Thanks all for the welcome. And yes Carbon I will take you up on that offer when the server is quiet one day. I dont have a great PC at the moment currently running an 9 yr old vista machine so I dont think that helps ( well thats my excuse ) :-) I am in the process of building a new one, just looking for a reasonable motherboard, any advice in that area would be appreciated. Thanks!
