When the imbalance, between the forces, is too great, I do not find this situation very amusing;
Boredom is not far and sometimes I also go to the weakest team in order to open the game.
But, most of the time, it makes the weakest team, even weaker.

I can start with this though... it boils down to player count. Low player count = Major USMC advantage. This map does not do well with low player count. If there are ~ 20+ on the server and you lose Airfield, that is your fault. Below that number, as the player count drops, USMC team gains advantage.

That is 1 of the reasons Wake Island Is the best dam map with over 50 people ( 25) on a side...I totally Agree with you ..(or it is a death trap) ..Can we get more Team Fights on it with other clans men?? Let's write them and see ( PLEASE ADMIN'S) I am sure most players would back my post !!!!Or the Question is for all.. How can we advertise 1 of our best maps??? that we fill it up from time -2 -time??

It helps to have a few badasses on the server who understand this mechanic and play more fairly to balance the server out instead of just getting major KDR.



EDIT: From the 2 days I have been here so far... 2 players that do this are KissMyGun and Carbon.

lol... this thread is VERY familiar to me haha. This was a big deal for me when I played for like 2+ years. We had sooo many discussions about this crap. That depends on the strength of the enemy team and on the power of your team. If there is a kaasentra in a Blackhawk against you, I would highly recommend to stop spawning, yes.

No mate, the success of karkand infantry only is that you can afford to break your mind: select the support kid, camp in a corner and throw nades continuously...You don't need any skill. (Talking just about 80 % of Karkand inf only players)

Back to the topic:
I think we should not overregulate the gameplay on Wake Island. The rules are great as they are.
If you are getting raped on the last flag and you realize that there is no real chance to escape (for example when kassentra deploys his fat lady), then just stop spawning and force the enemy team to cap the flag and get a new chance next round. It's that easy.

...I know this will be unpopular, but on WW (not WW server), We had :-
no attacking last flag with aircraft ,move in,and take the flag,This gave ground troops a chance to break out,instead of just hiding from the last flag raping.I see a lot of people don't bother to respawn,....


While waiting for this kind of improvement, we see that when we have few players on wake, it is better to be in an air vehicle: on the ground, the players have no chance to hold a flag for long: the only solution , Scatter as much as possible on the map, and quickly, once the flag taken: a squad team, in full, has all the chances of being decimated quickly by the aviation: in this situation, there is few possibilities for a good team playing, which I find pity: (but, is it the reason for such a succes like a karkand infantry only? smile): Sometimes I prefer to come back later on the server when there are more players; In this case, with many possible targets, pilots have to make choices, which leaves a little more chance to the infantry, motorized or not !

Yes,regular players get to know that they will get warned kicked if they attack last flag, and some get out/bale to help take the flag.we also had tanks must not stand off and rape the flag, they also had to move in and take the flag,So you end up with all the attacking force trying to dive in and get that flag , it's lots of fun
