I have seen from the forums that I have only been temporarily banned from the Lost Soldiers servers for alleged persistent breaking of rules. Although my understanding was auto-admin was intended to address issues related to rule breaking I have read the accusations and should like to appeal the decision to temporarily ban me.

From the accusations and the alleged proof, I do not think that my behaviour is something that merits a temporary ban but a permanent ban across all servers as the rule breaking appeared to continue in the round for more than one instance. You might inform me of the outcome of the appeal.

It seems I have been banned permanently without any reply or reason. This seems a little unfair as I was playing in the server without issue. I might know by what reason the ban has been applied, is there a process by which I may appeal?

Hello Chimico, sorry for the late reply (although it looks like you don't log in either on the website nor on our game server since 14th January, or even on BF2Hub for that matter). Basically you were banned retroactively on the 14th of January because of persistently breaking our JETS do not attack grounded jets/heli on Airfield/Refinery itrule (please read the /dragonrules).

Essentially when you're piloting a Jet (and only a Jet, the following doesn't apply if you're piloting the Helicopter) you shall not engage the enemy Jet/Heli that are on the ground, either taking off from the pad/runway or even when they are empty. You can only perform this action when the enemy has stolen one of your own aircraft vehicles, and you're trying to get it back; under any other circumstance you are not to engage grounded air vehicles, when you're driving a Jet.

Usually we ban for a month for this kind of offence, but I've been slacking off and your ban has been lifted only now. Although, given the fact you haven't played (correct me if I'm wrong) ever since the day of the ban - and neither logged in here - it didn't end up making much of a difference. Did you use to spend all of your playing time on our servers, and the ban caused you to quit the game entirely? Let us know.
