I would like to play in LAN with my friends (4 people) and is it possible to put bots in our own team? So if we are playing against 32 bots, let’s not just be 4.

I believe so, by setting the bot ratio you can shift whether the bots are placed in Team 1 or Team 2.

I really suggest you to download and install this modification though and play that one LAN with your friends so you can play with bots on the bigger maps too (in the vanilla game you have big maps in LAN but the bots lack logic and strategies to play there, only 16 size is supported by the default game).
