"Failed to connect, check your network"

I installed the game and bf2hub as instructed in the guide, but when I launch the game and try to login to my old account it says "failed to connect, check your network". The same message pops up if I try to create a new account.
As I said I followed the guide step by step and I have windows 10.

Are you sure you also started the BF2Hub once you installed it? Remember it needs to be running and you should see the BF2Hub Icon @younesouberri If possible send a screenshot and so much information you think is needed. Try also just for once to create a new account.
