He's from Russia, so maybe he does not speak English ... but still, despite all the kicks, he has not learnt the lesson. Will be temporarily removed from our servers for a period of 1 month, see if maybe he understand at that point that he has done something wrong and comes here to
appeal his ban.
When I saw repeated warnings by one of our Rangers I noticed that something was terribly wrong with this guy.
If the Rangers need help or feel that a player is a repeated offender, don't be afraid to report it to a higher up (of course, this is only possible when you have the "knowledge" that he has past infractions ... so you must've
played with the player for many rounds in many days, whereas I can just see it by filtering our logs).
