well i got banned from the special forces server for stealing a heli from enemy main base and may i ask where can i read the rules?

I believe there has been a mistake, either way we don't have rules against stealing (although you have to keep in mind you can only enter enemy uncappable bases as Special Operations kit...

... usually to stealthily sabotage assets, without killing anybody not even in self defense - that would count as baserape - you have to be.. sneaky ).
