Not sure yet , as am new here, but if somebody team kills by accident, and the guy reports this, is it a ban,
i.e. Sometimes on wake carrier, there are so many people waiting for jet, when it takes off, some are killed,

Hey, no don't worry about this. Accidental team kills happen.

Also, our servers know (most of the time) when it's an accidental team kill and will not give you a negative/minus score.

If someone is repeatedly trying to get you to force-tk them by standing/running in front of your jet then they will most likely be kicked with harsher punishment if they return and continue.

As a pilot I experience many that dont want to move if they "loose" the fight for getting in the plane first and they die when I take off. anoying as hell.

Some of the players are using C4 and blow up players before the plane spawns. They dont get a teamkill because one die when hit the ground.

There is one player that do both this things all the time. His name is §Hershen. He sabotages and disrupt the game so much that a team can loose the round because of it.

This player §Hershen has been banned for sometime Steve
