We played in Gulf of Oman and 2 new maps. if a zombie catch you, you become one yourself and then hunt down the humans



The race mods sound also tempting. I used to play racing games in the past. That's a lot of fun.

Forgotten Hope 2 is an excellent WW2 mod but it can be hard to get into it, i dont know about FH2Zombies but it requires FH2.

i say go with AIX for now. Its like BF2 with more maps and weapons, better sound and effects.

I think its more like minimod, they changed weapons, vehicle loadouts, added music for Heli Pilots and Gunner and Tons of new/reworked maps. Don't forget the NWM Support File or CTD.

@Noddynod443 There´s no plans ,yet. We just have to pick 1 particular mod, but which one ? Shall we vote somehow ? Or do you guys want to search for other mods ? Forgotten hope 2 sounds good too.

Aaaah poo, I was just reading on ModDB and Project Zombie Strike has no online capabilities as of now, and they're not really planning to focus on fixing that anytime soon (refer to my Nov. 20 2018 comment, the mod is focused on local co-op gameplay).

BUT! After catching up on all the articles I remembered that there's a new remake called Project Zombie Strike: Redux!! Perhaps that one will have online capabilities, but so far ... they didn't release anything yet. I will ask them about online feature.

Well please don't change all your plans because of me. I have played cod zombies before.
BF2 Zombies mods like Omnicide are fun, but just like Galactic|Pegasus was saying the BF2 zombies IMO are at times a bunch of "push-overs" being very easy to kill. A hand full of guys should be able to survive for a long time with much trouble.

The mod Forgotten Hope 2 also has a fun Zombie mod that I would recommend.

In regards of Heat of Battle, I would agree that it is just a remastered version of vanilla BF2. I am always greatly interested in any other mod that adds more exciting features to BF2... As long as it has the same or better quality of Heat of Battle

That pirates 2 mod sounds like fun! I had no idea a sequel to pirates 1942 mod existed.

Yes Zombies is mainly meant to be played in co-op as far as I know. Regarding all the mods mentioned, besides the famous and big ones (like PR, FH2, AIX2), I do not think that we can find servers that host them. Granted I didn't look, though ... another mod/game mode that stroke my mind when I first saw it (like one week ago), is racing mods! Somebody was mentioning a Battleracer mod on the BF2Hub Discord not too long ago!



Yupp, we would need an ok from StarLine first but I think he doesn't mind if we host such an event. The problem is understanding which server we can dedicate for testing purposes and for the event itself. I'll have to ask David, I think he will reply soon anyways.
