Player is banned - he didn't learn from serveral warnings, kicks and 2 temporary bans.

This player is still active but he is not playing on our servers after the ban, so StarLine and I have decided to lift this ban during the 2020 Banlist Maintenance. He is not playing BF2 any longer (couldn't find him in our logs), so I guess if we see him again we will evaluate his (new?) behaviour.

Once again he has not learnt: attacked carrier, warned him, and typed in rules, came straight back and destroyed me in the deck gun. admin rights not working. So Dillmann helped and temp-banned him (the story repeats).
