i only disagree with one thing:
attacking carrier is rule-breaking right ? is it right to perm-ban someone for rule breaking once ? without in-game notice ?

to be honest i spent lot of battles with no admins, people were acting just like shit, getting kicked several times by auto admin after dozens of carrier attack, base rape, etc ! and it feels really shit when i talk to them DONT ATTACK CARRIER, and they dont reply not for anyone , not for auto-admin warnings, not even for auto kicking !

so i would just say not - in general - fair to perm-ban for this i believe it have great deal of personal motive.
