I am banned for reason i am not sure, Most probably it would be for insult. i want to inform you that I said 'pidor' neither to you nor to your dear frined Immortal. You believed his false reports and banned a trusted player. Also you ignored my report so easily when he was c4ing at Jet Pad.

I'll assume this has happened on our Wake Island Server. May you please state when this took place, exactly? Today? Yesterday night? Thanks.

Well, considered that's a smurf account ... considered the following reports and the fact that you've been:

0. Wow you offered to buy your "private cheat" for 10 bucks, I hope that was a joke,
1. First kicked for a forced team-kill,
2. You rejoined and said "pidor" which equals to "f*ggot" (a very bad offence on our server), and you were graced with a temporary ban,
3. Somehow you managed to re-join our server so you've been re-banned (this time, permanently) for ban-avoidance.



All this considered (especially for your offensive language ~ for your reference, it's not important if it was addressed to our admin or not, saying words like those on our server will yield the same result even if it's an admin saying it for example) I guess your ban is not going to be lifted at all ... we'll see.

That's not the proper way to address a kick, let alone a ban. You shall come here asking for explanation in case of a ban; and in case of a kick, if you intend to re-join you ask what happened.

0.Yes indeed it was a joke.
1.I didnt forced tk'ed any teammate intentionally. It was like I tv'd a enemy and my teammate was near.(If tk was the case)
2.At this point , I didnt know that I was banned. I thought I was kicked.
3.I never tried to evade any ban. And entered the server as usual. You can cross check my IP, before ban, after ban, now or at any point, it is same, i.e. 223.185.3.*.
Thats at, any more information?

Yeah well, very convenient. Although I shall say it appears you didn't actively try to avoid the ban; it's BF2CC banlist that is not very ... snappy. I'll let other Staff Members join in if they feel like adding informations about this case.

Okay, Confirmed. It all started out of a false report. There's nothing more I can do now!

So when is the verdict coming?

Well, i was the one who Banned you. At first you crashed into me. After that you didn´t even say sorry. I kicked you because of that. And if you came back onto the Server you said ´pidor´. I took it as offence against me , because of that Kick. I took it Personal... Well! This is why you got Banned from my pov.
