Today LS Dillinger perm banned me for no reason, other then flying near carrier to destroy assets without killing anyone. There have been instances in the past not fully understanding the rules and admin´s explained them, but todays ban has no grounds. There are a lot more people with previous kicks still in the game. Is it possible to lift the ban?

A) The ban is temporary, but given that you had the brilliant idea to come here to appeal a temporary ban, I had to dig up all the shit that you did in our Wake Server, so ...


B) ... today's ban itself has a lot of evidence. On top of that, you can judge your past behaviour by yourself.



Do you think you deserve a permanent ban by now? Or not? I think you do actually ... desplite all the warnings by our admins, all the autoadmin warnings, messages and even auto-kicks, you still did not learn that baserape is not allowed and that Jets cannot attack grounded aircraft??

And then you have the guts to call our admin names and so on ("prick", etc.). You also issued a racist comment against the enemy team, which itself alone would yield you a permanent ban. I will assume either one of the two Chopper players that you issued that statement to must be your close friends, otherwise there's no excuse for your statement.

With this in mind, do you think we should stick with the current situation (temporary ban issued by Dillmann today, going to be lifted in a few days), or should we not give you another chance because despite being told to read the rules more than once, you obviously never took the time to come visit our Forums to read them? (no registration required, you can read the rules as a visitor of our website).

Let me know what your answer is to these questions, so that we may understand if there's a middle-ground where we can move forward somehow, or if there isn't any and it's better for you to play in a no-rules server.

Very very funny SW03 !!

On a serious note, they really should outlaw seatswitching, it´s not realistic (i guess most of the game isn´t, but still), and it makes certain players wanna be in a chopper alone without a gunner. Can you also look at the botplayers, last week there were 6 in China and 4 in US, and it was impossible to even the teams when players joined. Thanks mucho, oh and can there be an email/text warning when SW03 is playing, saves me the trouble logging in :-)

lol, u Sirius? Anyhow balancing the bots perfectly is not possible everytime. Sometime one will get disconnected and so on ... and when they rejoin they're not necessarily in the correct Team.

Regarding your ban, well, we are still discussing it here. Not all the evidence has been submitted so far. Anyhow in the meantime please take your time to read the Wake Island rules, and study them during this time-out of yours.

In the event your temporary ban is really lifted (cause you made me open a can of worms now ~ no offence there, it's a way of sayin'), further offences will not be tolerated and the next ban will be permanent.

So in the past (yesterday) you did again attack grounded china-aircrafts (here heli) with the F35. I was online seeing the attack and watched the demo to be sure.
The round after that you took the J10 and did fly to the carrier to spray some jet-bullets there, which is called "Carrier-Attack".
In the second run, you attacked the Essex - and me sitting inside. Which is "Carrier-Attack" too.
That you didn't kill me is just because i had some harder bullets for you comical guy.
