BF2 #2 - Infantry Rotation
Proposal to change the settings of the Infantry Server (2)

I would also like to know if you would disable or limit the
role even further. Right now our Infantry Rotation server is configured for short CQC fights on 16 player-sized maps, 20 minutes w/ 100 Ticket ratio (default). The Commander can be currently picked only when there are more than 12 players on the server (so 2 humans and 10 bots) [...]
For the moment though I guess we can safely bump the rounds a little bit, time-wise? Often times the Tickets are close to running out, and the time finishes (and you win by timing, not by skill). So maybe having it to 30 minutes is a good idea; but then again, sometimes you wanna change map after one round too, and not have a re-match on the same map ...
I guess the best solution regarding the second quote would be to increase the match time from 20 minutes to 30, and also enable map voting so you can skip the map if there are enough votes! What do you think?
About limiting the Commander, we will have to see. Generally we have noticed - at least on Special Forces - that having a Commander with few people suxx. Why? Because highly likely the enemy team - being small - will not have a good Commander or anybody that actually knows how to apply
, and so they get mowed down by arty and so forth.
We are eagerly waiting for feedback, also regarding Songhua Stalemate's removal from the rotation.
Regards, Staff Officer
We are discussing three topics: limiting Commander to higher player numbers instead of 2 players, increasing match time to 30 mins, and removing Songhua Stalemate from the rotation as I am the only one who likes it.

No. I like songhua too but that doesnt help the case, it must go out to give the server a chance. Increasing match time is fine for me. And the commander issue should't even be discussed, Commanders are simply shit on inf with low player count.
