Don't be confused with Olegator,

Olegator1941 attacked carrier with jet, warned him,Few minutes later he did the same again, before I could react, think he needs a ban on sight please.

Shouldn't he get kicked first? Or is he a persistent rulebreaker with several log entries?

Normally i would agree, but if you look at the log, I had a lot if difficulty trying ti warn ,because both Olegators were playing, He new the rule he had broken,but didn't care he attacked again, and left the server quickly,before i could react. A very blatant rule break.

Surprisingly the logs are very small because it looks like today was the first (and last ) day that player 'Olegator1941' connected to our servers. The infractions are just the ones jostotest stated and this person got a warning for it.

The temporary ban is fine, don't worry jostotest, although normally you should issue a kick as first measure against a rulebreaker. I have checked for smurf accounts too but as I said the first connection (under this alias) was today so there isn't much data to fiddle with; I only got a positive match on his Cd-Key Hash but it is a bit old so I discarded it.
