Actually, on second thought, try to start by following
solution 1 listed
here (let's attempt this on one of your two PCs
only, so pick one and stick with it ... perhaps the one where this issue occurs more often?). If the PC you've selected is a Laptop, then perform the same procedure on its WiFi adaptor too (in other words, in
step 3 of the procedure you want to perform all the remaining steps on the "Ethernet" adaptor and on the "WiFi" adaptor too, this in case you have a Laptop).
Moving on, after you're done, open the command prompt (open your Start
menu - on the bottom-left corner of the screen - and type
CMD: you'll see a program with the following icon, click on it:
). A black window will open, I don't know if you're familiar with it or not. You simply want to type this command in it, and then press Enter to execute it:
ipconfig /flushdns
In the end, let's give it all a spin! Jump backwards three times on one foot, power off your PC, go wash your hands without soap, reboot your modem / router at home (watch it, any other family member will lose connectivity for a bit though
), and then report back here if you face any difficulties and of course, if you experience the same problem happening on the machine you have performed these steps on.
We will perform the same stuff on the remaining machine if the issue is solved in the former machine.
