thank you for enlisting on our website in order to fill you ban appeal. As you have stated you have been banned temporarily; this means that your ban will be lifted when we perform our weekly banlist maintenance (id est in 3 or 4 days).
The ban is active on all of our five servers. You have been temporary banned today on Wake Island, by admin
SW03_Carbon, for "Persistent Rule Breaking". You say, and I quote, that
"you play by the rules, and you don't try to break them". Unfortunately that is not true ... you contradict that statement yourself by giving us two examples of rule-break with your second post.
(1., the Jets cannot attack grounded aircrafts on Airfield, and notice that the USMC Carrier is protected entirely from any attack as well; 2. I am assuming you stole the USMC Attack Helicopter? If so, your kills on the carrier are considered baserape. Stealing vehicles is allowed, but - in case of air vehicles - they will not be protected by rule 1. when on the ground). I invite you to read the rules linked at the bottom of my post very carefully.
Moving past that, our records show that you first connected to Wake Island on the 19th of December 2017. Since then, you have performed 9 baserapes to the point of being auto kicked twice for that (I can list the dates and times if you want to), you have performed rams at least twice, you had fun pushing players off the carrier WITH A CAR (you must have lolled hard there didn't you?

), and you have performed several attacks on grounded aircraft when you were piloting a Jet. The funny thing is that it appears that you have issued reports for other players breaking the same rules; yet you broke them yourself as well. It is quite strange isn't it? Yet you claim you play by the rules.
For this list of rule breaks, you have now been temporarily suspended from all of our servers as I have stated at the beginning of my post. Your ban will be lifted, but be aware that
any further rule breaks
of any kind will result in a
permanent ban. That is why I invite you to read our Wake Island rules very carefully, so that by the time you are unbanned you will be able to actually
play by the rules.
