Upon further investigation, the temporary 6 months ban will be reduced to 1 month. Here we have a problem with you PILOTurk: it's the
team-killing, and the
griefing (wasting friendly jets, destroying friendly empty vehicles, being a jerk to other players, innocent ones and provoking ones alike) and maybe ramming.
I can't help you with the hack accusations/reports that you receive, but since we have never banned you following up one of those hacking reports, you should be able to determine that we know you are not a cheater.
I can help you instead, when somebody is being racist to you - remarks on turkish people - or is discriminating your religion - muslim remarks - although it should be noted that you haveve issued
the same remarks yourself in the past, when you are "
ANGRY" (that's a keyword right there).
If some those racist/discriminatory remarks are excessive
to a point that they bother you, feel free to report the player in this very forum. After all, the same thing that I wrote in February applies to you too (when you are being discriminated by others):

but plain TOXICITY is not quite the feeling that we want to have, when people play in our servers.
Now, moving back to
the core of the problem: anger management and in-game offenses like intentional team-killing of players in your team, or sabotage of your team's assets. I hope you are able to realize / imagine, that if you do not perform these stunts in our server, YOU WOULD NEVER BE BANNED in Lost-Soldiers!
But as soon as you join the group of people that take "revenge", and you start acting like a goof (that's what they call you in the video: a fool, a silly person), you are automatically on the wrong side of the argument; revenge may make things right for you personally, but for us it creates a problem in the server...
... a problem that we have to moderate and consequently resolve, especially when it keeps repeating itself over and over again. Are you an angel or an innocent victim? No, you said it yourself, but we don't ban victims: we ban problem-players and offenders. When you team-kill, you are making an offense (and breaking a server rule).
You can fly the jet as much as you want but you can not transform the server in your personal revenge playground, or if you're having a bad day transform it in your place to vent your anger to the other players (on both teams), interfering/messing with them. If you have anger-management problems you must address them, not let them loose in the server; because otherwise the natural "cycle" (that keeps repeating year after year) is you become toxic, break server rules, and we ban you.
Do you prefer to be permanently banned, so that the problem is permanently solved on our side? That's not how we solve problems, as much as possible we try to educate the players and curb their behaviour. But when the player does not change, or does not seem to understand we have rules and we will enforce them, the only thing that is left to do in the end is to remove the player permanently from our servers; you understand that.
So let me be clear again,
if you somehow never act toxic or in retaliation to other players, you make a "u-turn" (180° change) to your behaviour, then you would never be banned on our servers in the first place. If you feel you become angry, maybe it's a good idea to quit the match or take a little break.
We've had the same problem with
Alien CrazyETXJew (anger problems), and now he is too serving a permanent ban from the game servers. Yes, there are problems in the server, in every server there's problems; but if you act in a way that you join the bad side (the offenders, the problematic-players), if you become part of the problem, then it is natural that you will face the consequences of your in-game actions and remarks too.
It's very simple: you act out of line, repeatedly - you are neutralized.
You do not create problems: then you can play, nobody will ban you.
The power to change this situation, has always been with you;
we can
hope you change, but we can't
make you change:
YOU must want to change. If there's no change, the cycle will continue.
