When life becomes turbulent i flee and give myself a little break.
Mostly this contains getting the headphones, sitting down and watch some bullshit to calm down
I personally am pretty interested in photography and filmmaking so if you are too, those might be a nice thing to watch.

Nice idea ClintS - I will give this a go next time i am getting angreh and need to relax. It's funny how nature's aggression (a storm) can help you to relax though.
