Having joined wake, people were saying this guy was red lining ,anyone who got in the chopper with him, I watched for a while, and someone got in with him,
He then said he wouldn,t move. I warned him and said MOVE, this is what he did next !!. Took of with a gunner, and nose dived into the deck, jumping out himself before it crashed.
I kicked him, but think this calls for a ban,?,.

No , only the spoken word from incs and Kitti. I came into game late, Look at battlelog. I got verbal grief from him as well.Others said they wouldnt dare get into heli with him.

In my opinion, in order to strike what would be a Forum ban (with Forum ban I mean a ban consequent to a Forum thread, like this; different instead from an in-game ban, when an Admin with banning power - so Officers and above - witnesses the problem and acts accordingly, and thus will be responsible of his actions later - see b29az for his latest mistake with Agent.Fu) we need to collect evidence of the issue (in this case, a red-line).

Otherwise if this dude was to appeal his ban, we wouldn't be able to prove him wrong other than showing him this video (which is not a bannable offence, not if done just once or twice). You did good in warning him and then kicking him, perfect solution for this kind of behaviour.

If this person does not understand warnings and kicks, though, only then we may think about sending him a ticket for a vacation off our Servers. But we can't do it now, with what we have here in this thread. You did good though, to collect evidence and mark it here in the Forum.

Even if we don't reply, we acknowledge things, and since we have the search feature (HOME > User CP > Search), this thread can be found easily if we need it for reference. So, chill out guys; John you did good by posting this thread and taking the correct actions in-game, to deal with him properly; Mike your statements are correct, we need proof in order to issue a Forum ban (see definition of Forum ban above).
