Hello PooDy and I'm glad you've joined in on the fun, and took the time to write your thoughts and preferences about the server. Unfortunately the infantry/vehicle setting is server-based, not map-based; this means that it is a global setting that will apply to all the maps.
In general the players like to play Special Forces especially to be able to pilot vehicles that are not in the vanilla maps, for example the pudding apc or some helicopters. We have done a Special Forces Infantry Only event in the past though, perhaps we can try to create a new one in the future, with a little bit of improvements.

SPECIAL FORCES EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT: this Saturday 9th May starting 20:00 CEST — Special Forces Infantry Only Event! All Battlefield 2 events hosted by Lost-Soldiers are available at this page.
We will play these maps with no vehicles: Warlord, Mass Destruction, Leviathan, Ghost Town, Surge, Night Flight. For any question, doubt or feedback, please reply to this post.
Commander disabled, vehicles disabled, no claymore in flag radius (please pay attention to this rule which is to be followed during regular matches too), friendly fire enabled (50%), limited explosives, unlocks allowed.
Feel free to extend this invitation to your buddies and in other servers!! If you do not have Special Forces (or even the whole game), just message me and I will get you up and running pronto.

There's been some feedback in Discord lately, namely Malakeezy suggested running more 32-size maps instead of 64 but the problem/decision of having most if not all maps 64 is so that helicopters can be used, in 32 they would not be on the maps (maybe only Iron Gator would retain them, not sure).
Badguys suggested team randomization due to witnessing unbalance sometimes but I'm afraid the fake clients would also get randomized. I remind in-game administrators to always create a balanced game, by either switching themselves or switching other players (usually switching yourself and carrying the team works best).
Finally Devils Perch has started to create some trouble lately, so for the moment we will remove it.
This means that the second repetition of Ghost Town and Iron Gator must be inverted otherwise there is no team-swap and you play the same faction (this holds true as long as there are no manual map-changes):

(basically on our new SF Infantry Server, not on the main one)
Commander and vehicles will be disabled, grenades and claymores will be limited, no claymores allowed in flag radius (please pay attention to this rule which is to be followed during regular matches too). All kits besides sniper will be disabled (selecting a different kit will still spawn you with a sniper rifle so just select the sniper kit at all times, thank you).

I am enjoing playing almost every day on the SF server, one thing that very iritating are idling some times you joining a team and with 10 players and only 5 of them playing , and on the othere site there is 9 players, Is it posible too kick idling players. Without even team ? ,,,... We like too play with the same m8´s , so NO even teams plsss :-)

Hello Rohtez, first of all thank you again for your donation and thanks for leaving support in the SF topic. Now regarding your inquiry, what do you mean with "kicking but without evening the team"?
From what I could see, players usually seem to go AFK after one round is over and the next level loads, perhaps they do not want to play it or they've literally gone AFK. Yes idlers can be kicked, but in the beginning of the round you usually wait for them to spawn.
How can you determine an AFK user if you don't wait some time first. What can be done is that an Officer or Staff Officer moves the idle players around (or the fake clients), thus balancing the idlers without kicking them from the server (same amount of idlers for both teams); if they don't turn up anymore they can be kicked in the end.
