It happend to me a lot of times so sjit happends its a game where u can pin point ppl.
If u look good hes just have a few times lucky that he hit him because he was also fireing around him first before he hit him in the water.

I am pretty good at what? Nametagging?
No for real If I hunt Infs on the ground I I have devised a few tricks for it for example: Fly over any spot look where the infs are go in F11 view and spot them then press "M" (standard configuration) to open the map and watch where they are do a turn and shoot them sometimes it looks like an nametag/aimbot hack but it´s pretty easy (for me) to see who is doing it like me or who is nametagging.
If you´ve watched my BROSKOIU report you saw how it looks like if someone is nametagging. I´ve watched the video now a few more times and I would say if you need an decision dont ban him/her.
For me it looks like he/she is doing the same as I just told you. Give him/her another chance

We'll keep this one open in case of anymore evidence, personally I think it does look a bit dodgy but having watched the videos again, he drags his MG fire onto you and isn't instantly aiming on you with his first shots fired. There is also a commander playing (I can see a UAV) so you were probably spotted in the water and he could only kill you with a bomb. On the first video, it looks like he is guessing where you are initially and then turns his jet towards you when you come in to viewable range.
