Imo it's not easy to decide from the vid if that is a cheater. I don't know what happened before and after the vid, but just judging the vid, these are my points:

1) You only have one spawnbase, it is easy to attack the spawnpoints with MG / Bombs.

2) He or the other jet could have spotted you from a far distance to pinpoint your position

3) you reveal your position by shooting rockets to the jets

4) he had luck (yeah, sometimes you have just luck and that seems very suspicious)

5) Your buddy and squadleader (Rashakawa) is not beeing attacked in the whole vid, even though he camps on one position,(killing him would be easy with a nametag)

Yes he is. but he might change his Name for Today to. ( Nichts) Could be the same Guy.

Nichts was banned because I discovered his IP was linked to another banned account.

We'll keep this one open in case anyone has more evidence. I agree with SW03_Carbon - it's not very conclusive.
