OK guys,this will surprise you, In all the hours I have played bf2,I have never changed sides,I know this annoys players, so never did it,However,last night ,due to problems on the server,the imbalance was terrible, and I got a lot of flack/insults (rightly so),for not changing sides, but , I don't even know how, I need to address this, So what keyboard keys do I use to achieve this? And is there a limit to how many times you can change over per round.

In a nutshell: Press CAPS and click on the team in top of the left corner.

Press caps lock, nothing happens.

Or ENTER. Just, if you want to select your kit, then you have ABOVE it the team which you are in.







Then you select the team, by clicking on USMC/MEC etc...

Pro-Tip: Sometimes it won't let you swap when you first click on the other team but if you keep clicking / spamming it will.

First press TAB to see if there is space to swap, if the teams are even the AutoBalance won't let you. If the other team has less players you should be able to.

Finally, sometimes it won't let you swap even though the other team has less players, I notice this happens quite a lot at the start of the round or towards the end of a round. In this case, you should disconnect and rejoin the server and then try again.
