Hello Administration Team, i was banned today because i accidentally attacked a base with a jet on Wake Island. I apologize for my behaviour, but i didnt even got a warning for it, i was immediately banned. It was in my memories my first in a certain time, and when i joined with an other account and i asked why i was banned a player named DeSkijt called me a "Moron"
and insulted me further on. I hope i can get an unban because i play almost every day on your servers (as you can see on the leaderboard) and i am very sorry for that mistake.

Jokes like "i accidentally attacked", "i didnt even got a warning for it" aren't good - and your memory isn't good too: "my first in a certain time".
Admitting you did evade an actual ban - to then report another player .. again not good.

Take your time, stress your memory and try again if you really want.

I have talked tonight over in-game VOIP with Hanibal, briefly; I mentioned that there is a pending ban on his main account.

And just like I wrote above, I asked him to PLEASE stop breaking our rules, such as attacking the main bases (the uncappable control points, like the USMC Carrier; or in Ghost Town each side of the map has the fixed base for each time to spawn in: those are safe areas, and you can not kill enemies in those fixed bases!), and to simply play nicely, and fairly.

He mentioned that he apologized as much as he could, and that maybe what is happening here is a language problem (he speaks little English). Evidently we are not able to communicate, it's very easy: we have rules, you keep breaking them and the Automatic Admin keeps kicking you.

What is so difficult? Playing nicely and not raping the fixes bases / killing grounded air vehicles is something that goes beyond the language that you speak! It's the attitude that you have in the game. If you see that the AUTOADMIN keeps kicking you, don't you think maybe you are doing something wrong?

The concept of a "kick" from the game, is the same in all languages please, play fairly and nice: no killing in the enemy uncappable control points. No raping grounded air vehicles when you are piloting the Jet. We don't have that many rules: are there any rules that you do not understand?

Update: I now talked again, more in detail, to Hanibal, about the two main rules:
1. No base raping (no killing enemies inside their own uncappable base, for example the USMC Carrier)
2. No killing grounded aircraft (jet/heli) when you are flying the Jet (if you fly Heli instead, you can kill grounded aircraft, provided that you do not break rule #1)

Hanibal asked me plenty of question about the rules, which indicates that now he listened carefully and seems to have understood them (for example question about defending your own base from an enemy base raper, or what to do in case enemy steals your own aircraft from your own base).

All these rules are written in detail in our Forum, in the following linked pages. They are mostly the same on all servers, the unique rules I would say are NO JET ON GROUNDED AIRCRAFT rule for Wake Island and Dragon Valley (they apply to Wake's Airfield runway for China and to Dragon's Refinery runway again for China, and the heli pads also for helicopters); and in Special Forces we have a rule NO CLAYMORES INSIDE FLAG RADIUS.

I have talked now with shark and he explained me the complete rule list. There were many thing I didn’t know/understand due to my language barrier but when he explained them to me I 100% understand the rules now and will play fair if I’m getting unbanned. I’m apologize to everyone who i may have took the fun of the game due to my actions . And i briefly apologize to dillman for my behaving.

I must've missed your reply. I want to believe you Hanibal, and the ban will be lifted; don't make us regret this decision and time I've invested into explaining things to you in the game.

And since you have now understood the rules very well (after spending 15 minutes with me in voice-chat), if you are very close to menex-13 in terms of friendship, explain him the rules that you have understood.

This way we can avoid that he also falls into the same "language barrier" errors, yes? Like I said that day: we are not bad people, we just have rules. If people keep breaking our rules, then there are consequences; just like it would happen in First-Legion: PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES!
