so I’m new and I wanted to go online, had to make a new account and when I click sign up it keeps loading at creating account and goes away from clicking, it’s been loading for a long time. could appreciate the help

You can always head to www.bf2hub.com and create the account from there. Then open the game and use retrieve function, using same credentials given on website
