Your browser is infected with spyware. Uninstall your browser completely and run your antivirus/antispyware (a full scan of your PC), suggest you run CCleaner Application Cleanup + Registry fixer too. Then a reboot of Windows. Then run your antivirus/antispyware & CCleaner again to pick up any spyware / problems that only occur after the first run. Did you manage to get ESET Smart Security installed? This should do the trick. Finally, reinstall your browser with the latest version. If you are not using Google Chrome then I highly recommend that you make this your browser of choice from now on.

Okay I was trying to make it as you wrote, but without a success.
Never mind, I can survive with that few days, then I'm gonna completely reinstall my Windows.

Hello bro,
Install ADWCLEANER, do a scan and reboot windows. Then go to C://Programs and C://Programs Files and check if there are strange folders, if yes, delete them (but check before in the folder is there is nothing important).

Check your Program Files as well. Sometimes Spyware installs itself and pretends to be a legitimate program. If there is anything weird that you don't know what it is for then write it here / Google search to check if you actually need it. Uninstall any crap is basically what I am saying.
You can also have a look through your Application, Program Files & Windows folder yourself, often I've found spyware this way.
Finally, using task manager (CTRL + ALT + DELETE) or Run -> taskmgr.exe check which processes are running, look for any weird behaviour. Try to watch the active processes, close your browser entirely. Then open your browser again and see which processes appear in the list. Obviously, anything starting that isn't called Google Chrome could be interesting to look at. Finally, if you find something, right click on it in the list then do "Open File Location" and delete if it's spyware.

Look also in the Start menu, All programs > Startup folder ... If you find weird files there, it's highly likely something you don't want. I suggest scans with ADWCleaner (as melik82 suggested), as well as Junkware Removal Tool and MalwareBytes. Let us know if you still have the problem after all our suggestions.
