Hopeless Player banned.

Hi.

May this hopeless player ask why I was banned yesterday? Really dont know why I got banned at that moment, was it tvmissiling a jet after takeoff way off the carrier, hence the autoadmin didnt alert as it would do if I broke the rule? Really dont see why some persistent rule breakers get free passes and someone who do follow rules gets banned?

Surely enough, man enough, to admit I broken some rules at times, but only to those constant rule breakers who tend to destroy the gameplay, to try to get them to stop rulebreaking as revenge, but thats enough.....would be more visible if more admins were on to see it.

Please read above in a good and friendly toned manor, as I am not trying to take a piss, Im a friendly person so don't misinterpet me. If you want me kept on the banlist, sure, fine by me, no grudges

Pretty weird on top that you report players for rulebreaks that you do too. So you know the rules, you just don't give a fuck.

I do report rulebreaks and as said above, re-read it and you might get what I meant.
I've been admin before and I know that some times things gets seen out of it context.
I never intentionally break a rule unless needed, not gonna take the time to explain further here and now.

You do you, and your job as you do, no grudges, came here with a good tone to get an explanation and have a dialogue/discussion, constructivly.

btw, as said out of context, i flew by the carrier but didnt attack, to see if people was idling or not.
Was few players on and active but they never left carrier.
The baserape kill was when I fired a tvmissile to the carrier to see the same as above but unfortunately came to close a spawn and got a baserape kill on a dude I regulary play against friendly on your and other server.

The other kills was legitimate kills, maybe I killed you to hard and you got pissed - entitled if so. As said, do your job, no grudges, but take in someones explanation and the context to the autoadmin notes, skip the harsh tone of weak memory.... Still love you tho! cheers.

erm.. I haven't looked at our logs yet, but I am afraid that there are some problems here, below the surface.

We appreciate setting the right mood, being constructive and understanding each other,
but we can't help it with cover-ups. IF there are problems, they must be faced (in the proper way).

Now, you admit doing some rule breaks, you report others doing them, so you should be aware of our rules.

Like I said, I haven't looked at our logs, but a couple of lines in your messages struck me as possibly problematic
and I'd like to address them now (that I haven't fully looked at the situation, warnings/kicks wise).


The problem I see here, is you joining the rule-breakers group in order to solve an existing problem. You should know that two wrongs don't make a right; your rule-break doesn't suddenly become good, it's still bad.

If you join this group, you automatically go to the bad side
Report the rule-breakers (like you do), but don't join them!

Join us instead, we have Membership (but we have minimum standards too, and we look at rulebreak history). But the "proper way" that I mentioned earlier is not performing the same offense against the offender.
