Player is temp-banned for persistent rulebreaking, mainly Baserape.

For what concerns me, by filing the rule-break log I find this player very unwilling to change despite the many warnings and kicks; therefore since the chance that this (and the next ban) will not teach him anything, he'll be skipping directly to the 3-months break that we usually reserve for the second temporary ban.

He can always appeal his ban to see a possible reduction of the ban time, but the next ban will be permanent ... there's no point in beating a dead horse, and this dude's infraction log speaks to me clearly: he doesn't give two shits about our rules, so I don't give two shits back about losing this type of player permanently from the server - go play your war somewhere else.
