I've seen it from our admin server though and I didn't like it one bit, maybe it's a known player who knows.

Certainly not somebody we want to be associated with. Sorry for having to put up with such a low-life on our servers, we will deal with him according to our banning framework. For this type of lingo there is little hope for a cure, so what @SW03_Carbon said is the best way to handle this.

I don't see any hope for this individual to get any better any time soon. May I suggest imgur as a free hosting solution for pictures, for everybody here. You are all using russian and german hosting websites but often times they don't support embedding or they lots of advertisement and so forth ... imgur is easy to use and to embed (and to create albums too, albeit they fucked up a little bit when they updated the user interface some time ago).
