"Please Feel Free To Ask Any Questions About The Above Rules If Anything Is Unclear."
Is there any difference when you write (Immediate Ban) compared to stat padding -> (Immediate Permanent Ban) ? As far as I noticed, unless you change the span of the ban later, we issue permanent bans for racial discrimination as well as red-lining.

I think you mean immediate permaban everytime, but perhaps you want us to treat those offences slightly differently than stat padding?

I changed some of these recently based on our discussion in the private forum and to prevent confusion. From now on, when we refer to a permanent ban, it means a ban that will remain in place forever with no chance of appealing. Currently that is for stat-padding & cheating. We need to open a new topic in - HQ - to decide on whether anything else should be a permanent ban because we didn't agree on everything, for instance, I personally think racism should be a permanent ban but you suggested that you think people should be given a second chance.

So ive been playing on the Wake Server for a while today and the carrier got artyd several times, leaving us in a bad situation on the USMC Team.
I was wondering, isnt there a rule like "Dont arty the Carrier", and actually there is, but still players kept sayin its allowed. Couldnt really say anything.
Just leaving this here, admins werent online or i dont know...

Of course it's not allowed. Probably admins weren't online, because we are kicking immediately for this.
Thanks

Looking for some clarification on these as I may have misunderstood.
I was under the impression that once an aircraft had left the deck of the carrier it was fair game unless it returned to the deck of the carrier. If a helo returns to carrier but hasn't landed, is it off limits?

I thought I had made this clear enough (at least it is to me) but it seems that it requires a little more explanation. Grounded aircraft include empty vehicles.

USMC Pilots In Jets:
- Under no circumstances do you ever attack a Chinese J-10 Jet, Z-10 Attack Chopper or Z-8 Transport Chopper when it is on the Runway or Helipad. It doesn't matter if it's just taking off or returning to the Pad or Runway, if it's on the ground in those zones you don't attack it.
- Stolen vehicles are not protected, USMC Jet Pilots can attack an F-35b, F-18, AH-1Z or Blackhawk on the ground at Airfield.
- There is no Grounded Aircraft Protection for USMC players at Airfield, only Chinese.

USMC Pilots In Choppers:
- Pretty much free to do as they please, I can't think of any rules for this apart from the standard ones like, no commanders in attack choppers.

Chinese Pilots In Jets:
- Under no circumstances do you ever attack the USMC Carrier, unless you are retrieving a stolen vehicle. You can attack/destroy a stolen vehicle anywhere.
- You do not start attacking USMC Jets, Choppers, Boats, AA or Infantry on the carrier or in the red-zone sphere indidcated on the map-image as 'USMC Airspace'.
- You can follow a Jet back to the carrier but you MUST NOT lose the jet during a Dog-Fight/pursuit and go looking for him on or around the carrier and attack him in that zone after. If you attack a Jet on or around the carrier you must have followed him back from outside the zone without losing sight/visuals of him.
- You can follow a Chopper back to the carrier and attack it but you must stop attacking it when it reaches the carrier, this means hovering directly over the carrier or on the carrier. If it gets back, you must let it repair and leave the USMC Airspace before attacking it again.

Chinese Pilots In Choppers:
- Under no circumstances do you ever attack the USMC Carrier, unless you are retrieving a stolen vehicle. You can attack/destroy a stolen vehicle anywhere.
- You do not start attacking USMC Jets, Choppers, Boats, AA or Infantry on the carrier or in the red-zone sphere indidcated on the map-image as 'USMC Airspace'.
- You can follow a Jet back to the carrier if you like but I can't think of many situations where this will actually happen so it's kind of a mute point. Again, you should not go hunting Jets/Choppers on or around the carrier that you've not previously been engaged with.
- You can follow a Chopper back to the carrier and continue attacking it until one or both of you are destroyed.

So, if you steal a jet from the, AF and land it on the carrier, a China jet can come to the carrier and destroy it,
Wouldn't auto pick up on it, attacking carrier.

Auto admin warns players too if they kill heli v heli when the heli goes back to safe base and the other heli finishes the job. Isbt really an inconvenience since its a rare sight (just as stealing a jet and getting killed on the carrier), so i dont see a problem
