The main rules are as follows. Players who break these rules will get a warning (unless otherwise specified), before being kicked and eventually a temporary or permanent ban if they continue to break rules.

>> China Do Not Attack The USMC Fixed Base (The Carrier) and its Airspace
  This Includes No Attacking Jets, Helis, Assets & Essex - unless:
--- A Jet may hunt/follow another Jet through Carrier Airspace if dog-fighting or pursuing from prior engagement
--- A Jet may hunt/follow a Heli back to the Carrier but must cease engagement when the heli reaches Carrier
--- A Heli may hunt/follow a Heli back to the Carrier & continue engagement until one or both is/are destroyed
--- Stolen Jets/Helis are not protected and may be attacked by any means, anywhere - by USMC or China

>> USMC Jet Pilots Do Not Attack Grounded Aircraft At Airfield - This Includes Both Helis and the J-10's,
  even if they are empty - The F-18 Is Not Protected, as well as stolen F-35b and stolen AH-1Z / Black Hawk.

It have happen a few times in the jet I fire rockets in a dogfight and he use the flares so the roket find itself another target.
Sadly that have the heli or jet on takeoff and I get the warning for spawnkill.. :-/

Yep, unfortunately that's not going to be something we can do anything about. Luckily it doesn't happen very often.

Do you mean "Spawncamping" = Raping last flag? There is no rule for that.
Every single player is able to avoid that destiny: just stop spawning in if you realise that there is no real chance to escape. Force the enemy to capture the flag. Finish the match and you will get a new chance, next match.

I saw lots of player spawning in again and again and again and again...20 deaths, 25 deaths, 30 deaths, 35 deaths ...and complaining and crying a lot. Fair enough. Own fault.
And your enemy is grateful for easy kills.

Yea I know about that.I stop spawning quite often at last flag, your just cannon fodder.
Don't forget the guy who sits at the spawn point just waiting.

A bit tricky though to prove that it was a heli fight over water before they returned to carrier... If they take screen, it will look like I attacked them on carrier..

Once they leave the airspace indicated on the image above you can attack and follow them
