He had a friend in his team, he could have spotted me but that doesnt tell top_gun my altitude. And last clip explains itself, I hide and he finds me right away.

They were all north, 1 at bmp spawn, top_gun at launchpad and his friend next to bunker(looking my direction); you can see it for half-second when i switch from me to him at 2:28. I didn't check his friend.

In all my years of judging
I have never heard before
Of someone more deserving
Of the full penalty of law.

At first I thought that you did not consider voice commands and voice clues (i.e. vocal suggestions over VOIP regarding enemy positions, which from outside can be picked up as cheating sometimes); but I just had to go through the whole footage to flesh out this possibility (which is real by the way, it may not be often but it is possible to have somebody working with you on the server right? Like a buddy, a team mate).

Worse is if this mate is on the opposite team and giving you clues. Our logs show that he is probably not shy of getting banned on other servers too. He's from Portugal, that's a first. fabinhe is from a different region in PT.
