Hello
jaspurr,
thank you for finding the time to correctly appeal your ban. I don't have the list of your rulebreaks handy but I am afraid it's quite long; this is one of the reasons why we felt it was time to let you understand we enforce our rules, with a temporary ban.
The ban length will be of one month, so the ban will be removed 10 days from now as it was logged on the 25th of January as far as I can see, by our admin Dillmann. If the administrators have something to say to you they will add a reply to this forum topic.
All I can say is, you will be given another chance because the first ban for this kind of offence is temporary, sort of a
warning shot you know? Next infractions will be treated more seriously and may lead to bans with increased length, so I suggest that you become aware of what server you are playing on, at all times, so that these episodes don't happen anymore. Please visit the pinned topics in
these boards to read our servers' specific rules.
If you want to report a player for breaking the rules, you have a couple ways to do it. In-game you can issue this command in the chat and we will see the reports pop up in our adminmap:
!r playername reason (if possible type the full player name - no clan tags - so it comes up when we look for infractions/reports on said player.
The second way is a bit longer and it is through a
Forum report, it is useful when you have collected evidence against the reported player or if the situation is starting to get real bad (id est: repetitive rule breaks, which must be brought up to the admins' attention: that's why you post in the Forum in the first place). If you need immediate assistance (eg. cheater) you can join our
Discord to ask for an in-game admin to help.
I hope everything is clear so far. Kind regards,
Staff Officer
