Crimes - baserape & attacking grounded jets and helis
Background information.
This individual is a regular, understands rules & English very well. First part of the video (baserape) happened when autoadmin was down. I warned him in game chat, he said sorry, then a few minutes later he does it again. While I was on ground noticed him destroying grounded heli as well and kicked him (again hes fully aware of the rules.)
Hes what I call a problem player, I'm not a harsh admin, my priority is to warn players first, make them understand what they did wrong, so If I make a topic about you, you re a toxic player.
I have kicked him for rule breaks before and I believe other admins have too
