Do you have an Android Smartphone?

Can you please try using the App to connect if so? Making sure you are using the same Network, so Wi-Fi not Mobile Data.

Then we know if it's a problem with your PC/Ventrilo itself or the network.

Ok the good news is, it's not your fault.

The bad news is, it's outside of your or my control to fix it. Hopefully your ISP or whichever responsible entities that provide the routing between you and the server currently will be fixing this but there's no guarantee.

There's a good chance I will be moving Ventrilo & AutoAdmin over to a different server next month which means it will be hosted in a different location on a higher performance server. If you're still unable to connect by then I'm confident this will solve the problem.

You can also try switching your Modem/Router & PC off for several hours, this can sometimes resolve issues. As well as the reset buttons. Normally you need a needle to press these and you need to hold down for 15-30 seconds until the lights flash.

Finally, if you want to get on Ventrilo in the mean time, you can most likely connect using the App & Mobile Data.

If that's the case, there is clearly a much bigger problem going on with the routing here on a national level between Denmark & France.

as i sadly statted as well even using mobile data i couldnt connect it couldnt authenticate the server and it timed out unhappy

You may want to contact your ISP and tell them in case they are not aware of the issue, if you can e-mail them just link their tech support to this forum thread and summarise your issue to them.

It'd probably be worth waiting 24-48 hours first though as they may resolve it.

Well, this is a strange problem indeed, pretty weird!
I'd say try to wait as well; and it would also be a good information to know if your neighbour or your friends nearby have the same issue from their Computers.

welp i have fixed it. took me a while. took me some days without internet ((cause of moving and such)) but i fixed it. turned out. it wasnt my pc it was my old router that was fubared. it seems that the way they had set it up was stopping almost everything going in or out x.x
