My fellow friend PvtStandOn would surely like to join this discussion, I am sure of it! He is a fellow Moderator on www.battlelog.co and he likes to mess with his cars, so he says. Unfortunately I don't own a car. Not much point living in London, you just end up stuck in traffic for hours and never get anywhere, far easier to jump on the tube. I have had a license since I was 18/19 so have done quite a bit of driving during my time in The Netherlands, as far as Belgium which is a good few hours away, although I like to drive fast so smashed the Sat-Nav ETA  Only drove my family's cars which were Mazda Demio, Mazda MPV & BMW 1 Series. Since my family moved back to England about a year after I did they now have a really nice Mini and a Luxury Range Rover which I'm sure I will get my hands on at some point  When I do move out of London I would like to buy a Jaguar XFR, just love that car and it isn't crazy expensive either. The 1989 model coupe is kinda for special occasions and is not a good car for familys with small children. Its parked in the garage and not used too much. :-/ (thats how it goes when have a wife.. Practical trumps cool.. lol) |

Had a BMW 525 before I sold it for my little Kia Ceed when I moved into the city (no, not London lol). The kia is a fab car, all the gadgets and gizmos, pretty nippy and economical. Full set of tyres is £200 compared to £800 for the BM!!! BTW, its my second ceed - the first one I wrote off after a year (!) - its that good I bought the same car lool |

I remember, one day, I was like, 17 or something ... I had to clean our basement 'n shit ... I found my old bobby cars like you call them. :') I was moved by memories and such, so I took one for a ride and actually sat on it and drove it in my yard (there was a mild slope on gneiss pavement ... ). Little did I know that the neighbour was just passing by and saw me, basically all grown up, on a bobby car riding it down at my place. I actually started to join it a few months ago. Being it's named what cars do you have/ do you drive, I started with the oldest from junk yard. It was about into the 1950's, I realized, it was too much to list.  Listing "only" what I drive was the way to . Unfortunately, within that time, my 99 740il blew it's engine. A month, maybe month and a half, later my 2000, ate it's timing chain guides. I did what I do. Made two into one and rebuilt the engine. I'm back to driving it. It's my favorite "one", used to be two, of all I do drive. So it was a must, it had to be on the road, before I posted anything.  |
