Hello there!

As your computer needs its maintenance, I recommend you to use some Iobit software.

For cleaning PC:

(remark: watch out what you tick in the menu to clean. SSD doesn't like to be defragmented -> results in shorter lifetime)

For uninstalling programs 'entirely':

You can buy this software, or use the free version (like I do).

It's Freeware but you can also crack the license for the Pro-Version if you choose to. I am not suggesting you do this, saying whether I've done it or condoning it, just saying it's possible.
