HardwareNeed help fixing a weird performance problem

So basically my specs are pretty shit so this might be a hardware thing, but anyway heres the problem:
Ive been playing the last couple weeks on max settings on more than 60 fps without drops or anything.
So i unlocked that L96A and i really cant imagine that this has anything to deal with the unlock but its like the point where my game started to get wobbly and shaky like my performance wont make it anymore.
If i dont move the mouse everythings fine, but when i do fps drops heavily and its literally unplayable. (Funny thing i jumped into the chopper and there was no problem at all but when i walked around somewhere i got these breakdowns again)

If theres anybody who knows anything like that i could use some advice, otherwise ill try to reinstall and stuff ...
And if u cant imagine what this is like, i can record it at some point ...
