Hey Guys! I´ve experienced some Issues in Saving my Keys in the Controls Menu. If i dont Edit them in the Controls.con Data, my Settings wont get saved. I was about to set Keys to my Joystick... saved them , and after i Disconnected and joined BF2. My Settings disappeared. It´s not my First Experience with that , sadly. Does anybody has Suggestions/Help for this Case ? I bet im not the only Person with Trouble like that  Iv´e Set the Controls.con File to Read only as always. Do i have to Overwrite my Controls.con File to Setup my Joystick ? What do i have to write to keep my Settings for the Joystick saved ?  |

I have to Set like 7 or 8 Keys for Aircrafts... Fire, Alt. Fire, Flares, Boost, 2 View changes, Weapon changes...      |

Well, Problem is solved. Thanks 5tar !  If someone has these Issues: Remove Read only. You can find the Controls.con Data on this Path -> Your PC -> Documents -> Battlefield 2 -> Profiles -> 0001 -> Controls   -> Open the Game -> Open Controls (In game) -> Set your Keys under Controls (In game) -> Remove the Cross on Read only (Right Mouse Click on Controls.con / Properties) -> Replace the Cross on Read only (Save the Settings) -> Close the Game Start it again, and your Settings should be there. |

Yep, Google Translate is normally fine for single words or a short sentence but shouldn't be trusted for longer more complex sentences.
