i was on the vehicle rotation server at around 12.30 or 12.45 playing with Skywalker0245, although i was on foot and running round he knew exactly where i was from jet, i'm sure he was nametagging but i cant find the demo file to have a look, in the list of demo files available are just old ones, could an admin please have a look ? Put that file in your folder like: Battlefield 2/Profiles/Default/demos (if the folder doesn't exist just create it, case-sensitiv 'demos') Launch BF2, go to the 'Community'-tab and choose that demo (can be renamed by bf2, but the date is correct), press play/join |

So do you confirm that the demo pointed out by Dillmann is the correct one, and therefore do you confirm your hackusation? Are you able to collect the clips from that demo where you say he was surely name tagging? Were the two of you the only ones in the Server? Does anyone here know whether Skywalker0245 is a spot-spammer? Personally, when I'm flying a Jet or Heli I will spot-spam the ground, especially if there are not many people playing. I'm still struggling with that, i opened the demo and saw Mitch getting in a J10 so because me and skywalker were the only two on the Server i thought it was the wrong demo and deleted it, now i realise they must have started the game then left the Server and am trying to get it back, i'm a total demo noob, i've been through every Folder twice but i cant find demo files anywhere, i created the Folder path in the above post and downloaded the demo to that Folder but it hasn't helped, i'm struggling up the learning curve but i'll get there eventually. I was on foot between flags and he shot me with the first shot from Jet before he was even Close enough to see me, then i spawned somewhere else and he was there trying to kill me by flying so low as to ram me with the Jet, pointing yourself at the red dot on the HUD and then finding the enemy on the ground (once you have spotted him) takes a while but he knew EXACTLY where i was all the time. You can always download the demo again under that link. An old Tutorial in german: http://www.bf-games.ne...eld-2-battlerecorder.html Point A1.1 shows the directory where the demos should be put at for example C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\deinuseraccount\Eigene Dateien\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos Point A1.2 shows the commands for controling the playback I said to play that demo (it is THE demo) until you join (click space to switch between players / A1.2) with 300% speed (A1.2 too). You will find yourself getting into the Jet and jumping out on a neutral flag. Between that skywalker2045 joins. I saw only you both playing and the demo isn't too long (ca. 3MB) |

To be honest, i would call me a spot-spammer too. Not him. As a 'clever' cheater who wanted to be under the radar some would probably spot too. But not that spamming. |

I dont know why Slaine accuses me of hacking all the time. Just like 5tarline said i spot spam. Plus you have commanders and other people spotting too so it isnt that hard to find where you are. Yes only me and slaine were on that server at that time but again it isnt hard to find where you are and Slaine sorry but you really need to stop complaining and start playing in game |

i dont know why Slaine accuses me of hacking all the time in game and out of game. I never used cheats or hacks and never will and most players and my friends know that. as long as he accused me of nametagging at vehicle rotation i may add that that spotting and killing is what i do as 5tarline mentioned about spam spotting. you usually have other players and sometime a commander too spotting so it isnt that hard to find out where you are. Plus you were in open area and not behind something so i think thats stupid. sorry Slaine but you really need to stop complaining and start playing because i see you accusing other players now and then about hacking. I hope admins understand. |

Based on this video it does look pretty dodgy. Last time I played against you jet vs jet which wasn't long ago (maybe a month or a little more) you were just bailing non-stop every time I was on your tail and no offence but I would have said then that you were a low skilled pilot. Unless there has been a dramatic improvement in your abilities I doubt you would be at the level to pick individual infantry off of the ground like that, even if you had spotted them on your Minimap. To me the evidence looks pretty clear but it's not 100% conclusive yet. Perhaps someone who we trust and respect will vouch for you as being an 'Enemy Spotted' spammer recently but it's only relevant if you were already doing that in the past month or so, it's irrelevant whether or not you do or start doing it from this point forward. Based on the video evidence provided by Dillman I would have to agree with 5tar. To me it looks as if the convicted player is lining up the jet towards an enemy player from quite a far distance.. pretty much pinpointing the location of them. From my experience flying jets it is often quite difficult to spot enemies due to the great amount of distance between you and them, let alone pinpoint their exact location. However, I am not saying that this is impossible to do because I've seen a few decent pilots do similar things to this.. but I have also witnessed very experienced jet pilots (some of the best that play on public servers nowadays) and even they can not 'pinpoint' the location of the enemy. They may lay a spray of bullets in the rough area of the 'potentially spotted enemy'.. however it looks to me as if there are no spray of bullets within this video... the shot is either fully lined up to the enemy or bombs 'just happen to be dropped exactly where to enemy is'.. Also.. I use the 'Enemy Spotted' function constantly when I am in a Jet but it is still very hard to know exactly where the enemy is. Overall, like I said at the beginning my thoughts are pretty much the same as what 5tarLine stated previously (in terms of the evidence looking clear but not being 100% conclusive) but I am very interested to see what others have to say about this. If I may have a say in this. I play with skywalker at times, and i do not see the problem. He does spot randomly and get lucky spots on a few infantry while in a chopper or jet. But he spams a few times when there a few people on the server and it is not easy to find the enemy. I doubt he does hack or whatever, so I dont think he does do anything wrong, spotting the enemy quite some times can be because he may know the location of the enemy spawnpoint, or really knows how to do it. OK. I have to say something too: I was monitoring this guy over a month before this public thread - i have serveral br-demos and ingame-screenshots. The video above was just my first recording. If i had a software for that, i could bomb you with his so called 'skills' in spotting. I did play serveral rounds with and against him - he is not in anyway a 'spotter'. In that round i was only commander, silently scanning and spotting (for a reason). No one alive but skycheater0245 and me. I spawned under the carrier and went the the first steps up to the the deck so i was between deck/boats. Look what he wrote me ingame. tbh: ask himself. maybe he won't lie to you - but i doubt that! btw: did you play with 'brayek' and 'UsmanHafeez' too?
