Better to keep "history" in one place, and to edit the topic's title to reflect the player's current status in the server (instead of making multiple topics, with multiple statuses). If the old topic has been archived, then it is not public anymore, so it would make sense to create a new one in that case (or, well, maybe it makes sense to un-archive it too; it usually depends on the topic itself). But if a public topic already exists, definitely re-use it; makes it easier for future forum-searches as well. You could say the individual topic is the track of record of a given player, on our servers, throughout the years (and what actions we issued against them too). Thank you.
