(Auto resize: 720x1280px, jpeg) Romyx often tries to get servers going (which is good) but does not seem to have a clear understanding of the baserape protection on the USMC Carrier as well as the Grounded Aircraft protection on the Chinese Airfield. He is also a very good at raming. He has ramd me countless times. First round on wake this morning he ramd me three times, second round he destroys aircraft on carrier, third round he attack heli pad and destroyed grounded j-10 when he was in a jet. |

I haven't played against Romyx in a while... But today on dragon he rammed me twice (I can take a ram or two because accident happens... But when romyx ram it's no accident) and spear my teammate that was trying to take back reff. He still does this shit. |

I was in the server the other day and he rammed me and tried to spear me at least 6 times I did comment in the chat about it. |

Then he will be banned retrospectively. It looks like his flying style resembles the one of CAPITANRINO: such gameplay cannot be sustained here. We understand accidents may happen, but when the player keeps doing it on and on again then it's not an accident: you are doing it on purpose, especially when you crash your jet into a ground vehicle such as a tank, and eject from the jet before crashing it. Keep in mind we appreciate your support to start our servers (such as Wake for instance) but we do not appreciate breaking the rules (example: grounded aircraft protection) and playing unfairly (crashing your jet into other vehicles on purpose, to kill them by object collision). Hello dear friends! Thanks a lot for the ban! I know the rules of our server well. I always try to play by the rules. But explain one question to me. If you still can't manage to fight without spearing other Players - don't fly Jets, or this is indeed no place for you. I have no right to advise you. But for such incidents, more humane sanctions should be applied. As it is done on many other servers. Otherwise, your server will lose players. And the reputation of the server will suffer. With all due respect ... Personally, I think Lost Soldier is the best server, but such a tough policy towards the players leads to misunderstanding. Hopefully in the future, the server rules will come to optimal values. Good luck and good luck to everyone! |

Not certainly by crashing your vehicle into theirs, what sort of technique is that ??? You have been warned and reported many times, and this is actually part of our rules which you said you are familiar with?  NO ramming / spearing aircraft (which means: do not crash your jet on purpose against other helicopters or jets, and do not launch your jet towards a ground vehicle to destroy it whilst you bail from your jet before getting killed as well).Get better, that is the answer to your question. You don't get better by crashing your vehicle into the enemies, that only lowers your reputation in the server, drives players away and helps you to get banned (which is what happened). Accidents can happen, but you seem to be doing it on purpose over and over again: we can accept accidents, but what you are doing does not leave a smile on anybody's face but yours (and again: it's against the rules that you claim to know and respect, a little bit of a controversy there). Good afternoon dear friends! This incident happened by accident! And he is the only one in my whole game after the ban. The following circumstance pushed me to this step: my base was constantly attacked by the enemy and constantly shot at air transport on the ground. Several times I was killed on an airplane on the runway. Several players did this. I do not judge them! This happens all the time. But this behavior prompted me to retaliate. I'm sorry it happened. My reaction is just a response to the foul play of other players. Nobody sent them to the ban. And, YES! LS is the best server BF 2 !!! I'm sorry that now they ban me for the first mistake I made ... Do you have any Evidence on those you said who killed a Plane on the Ground ? You know that Helis are able to Attack Jets on the Ground, but Jets arent allowed to kill Jets. Thats all i had from Yesterday. It should trigger a Warning when Jets kill Jets on the Ground. I saw no Warnings, atleast on the Video. And dont forget that you can report those who you accuse of killing Jets on the Ground. With !r (Playername) (Offence) You have been warned many times before nonetheless. And if you decide to kill somebody right infront of me (on Carrier), dont blame other people, even tho you seem to have no Evidence. And you said you do not judge them, aha. But why do you kill somebody on Carrier if you do not judge them ? |

What is incomprehensible here is why - despite having banned you and having done a lot of talking in the forum - you still go to attack the USMC carrier: this is not an "accident" as you call it. If Jets are attacking the grounded aircraft in China Airfield, you do not retaliate by attacking them on the USMC Carrier! Retaliation only brings you to the wrong side, where you also become a rule breaker just like them. Instead of joining them, you have to report them; nothing good comes from retaliation, as you can see we are here once again to discuss your behaviour in the server, because you retaliated. Pegasus told you: report in-game with +r player offence or !r player offence - or better yet create a Forum topic with the name of the player, the name of the server, and a description of what happened. You want to report those new players? Do it! But don't break the rules yourself or you only create additional problems. Why is it so hard to understand we have RULES and that we want players to respect them AT ALL TIMES? Otherwise there are consequences? You are a regular on our servers, you play all the time ... this means you also break the rules many times, and it's not acceptable from a regular player. Your behaviour must be 100% clean, or otherwise you can have fun in servers where they kill your Jets on the carrier and rape you on the runways, that is not my problem, but this are our servers and our rules. Respect them or play somewhere else, it's that easy ... we have logs, admin or no admin: you must respect the rules! No further reply from R_O_M_Y_X, I hope he read the topic anyway, the second temporary ban (length: 1 month, normally 3 months ... ), is now being lifted. Please avoid to crash your jet on purpose into ground targets, do not go to the carriers to kill players or have revenge, and do not ram other air vehicles. Try to improve your gameplay, not be detrimental to other people's gameplay: you said we are the best servers for BF2? Then behave like so, we cannot be the best if we let regulars break the rules. Yes, but you have to keep my words in mind at all times: even when there are no admins in the server. As you can see from other topics, the players will also report you if you break the rules ... so, best keep the word and maintain a good level of fairness on the Battlefield; otherwise the LS Servers cannot be the "best" servers with the best people, if you behave in the opposite way that we believe in. Unfortunately for you, this is a serious server which takes their rules seriously, and expect players to abide by them at all times: not only when there are admins on the server. As for the psychiatric hospital we suggest it to you in order to check your brain. You keep talking as if we ban for ONE mistake, or ONE infraction, ONE incident: we don't, you are a repeated offender; any round that we watch, you will be breaking rules. And believe me, even strong players sometimes crash their Jets by mistake, but you ... you have a problem, in your brain. When you can fix this problem, this attitude of yours (acting as if the rules do not apply to you), then you can come back. But for now, quite frankly, I am very disappointed in your behaviour. You think that if there is no [LS] tag on the server, we are not watching? That you can do whatever you want? I am also disappointed that I have to ban a regular player from our servers, but if this regular player keeps breaking the rules regularly, then this is not the place for them. I am sorry, but some of your gameplay attitude is not welcome here and it causes problems to the other players. There may be one last-resort way out of this problem, but if you keep returning to your bad habits (attacking carrier, attacking grounded aircraft with your Jet, launching your Jet to hit other player's vehicles...), then the problem is going to re-appear. The ban has been lifted following Staff Officers' yearly amnesty/maintenance vote. We hope that we can play together in peace, ROMYX: following our rules and playing fairly will not result in any problems between us! : )))))))))
If somebody breaks these rules, do not follow their example: report them instead: in the game global chat write "!r playername issue" and it will be logged; or open a forum report.
