You have served a 1 year ban now, for redlining a player on our Wake Island server (I believe it was that server). Your friend acidrain claims that you usually give the gunners a chance to fly with you, and that he has been playing with you for a long time. You must understand though that we have a no-redline rule and that no matter how bad the gunner is, you shall not redline them in order to get rid of them. We won't force our thinking onto you, but be aware that we will enforce our rules on our servers instead. If for any reason or in-game circumstance (example: friendly air superiority being put at risk due to a strong enemy attack helicopter pilot) you think a gunner does not deserve his seat in your chopper, then what you can do in our servers is either ask them to get off (either via chat or commo-rose -> "bail out" voice over) or fly with them / leave the chopper. Under no circumstances you can redline a player that got in your chopper and won't leave it. I re-opened the thread to give you a new opportunity to play again with us in the new year; but it is very important that you do not redlline anyone on our servers, ever again (nor break any of the other rules, which you can read over here for Wake and here for Special Forces). Is this absolutely clear? Be informed that in case this ban gets eventually lifted successfully, further offences that result in a second ban will be hard to shake off and be lifted again. I do not break the rules specifically. I transferred this player for the red line, for his actions. When I took the place of the shooter, he killed me with a helicopter. And so it was many times. Admins for Team Kanakkas worked in my opinion much better, there has always been at least one administrator in the game. 3. And do not you judge me and remember my old friends with Team Kanakkas. 4.Administration on Team Kanakkas can ban player permanent only for cheats, (similar rules have always been on the servers SUPER). Whilst it is not specifically mentioned in the rules, "wasting friendly assets" - mainly vehicles - for example like taking off with the Black Hawk and crashing it in the water multiple times (even without players inside), or crashing the attack helicopter because the gunner won't get out of it, is considered an offence that can get you warned, kicked, and finally temporarily banned too (in case you keep rejoining the server to do the same sh*t). Well, this is of course a scenario that depicts the actions of a disruptive player, and their consequences; not certainly a pilot that wants to get rid of a gunner without committing a redline. Still, be aware that what you have described is not the way to go about it either. If somebody wastes the chopper because you are in the gunner seat and you won't get out of it (it's your right to fly as a gunner, if you manage to get in and want to stay), feel free to report it in-game by typing +r playername wasting assets in the game chat. In my opinion you have served your ban now, you understood that we have a specific set of rules (for each of our servers); therefore if there are no further comments or inputs from the community during the next week (regarding the current topic being disclosed), I will have your ban be lifted. Today was Rico's first match, he didn't know about the new rule. Not a fresh start for Piligrim for sure.  Please tell him to have a look at 'V2' version of these pictures ...In my opinion the fight in Palace tonight was very shitty; claymores and grenades everywhere ... but it was a hard war, very hard to get the flag but eventually we managed to get them (when we weren't faced with endless grenades and claymores). Fair enough, but this doesn't mean you can base-rape him or anybody else. Same applies when your team is pushed back to the main base: we will not baserape you, it's the rule. Don't fight fire with fire, play by the rules, and have fun. The fight in palace was a bit explosive to say the least. Personally I see nothing wrong with C4 cars, I use them sometimes when a tank is camping or the situation calls for it. |

You cannot destroy grounded China Jets (unless they are stolen USMC assets), even when empty. Seriously. ... your obedience to our rules will need some tweaking in the immediate future.
