Hello, can you connect to other servers that are not Lost-Soldiers? Where did you install the game from? And what is your BF2Hub user? Finally what happens when you try to join a Lost-Soldiers Ranked Server? If you have Discord you can let me know and try to join one of our Unranked ones so I can try to figure out what the problem may be, once I get more information on your account ... you can read our guidelines here if you're unfamiliar with the platform.
