Noob question but, how can I link my multiplayer account to my account here?

Log into the Website and edit your Profile:
https://www.lost-soldiers.org/myprofile

There is form where you can add your BF2HUB-ID (PID). You find your PID on their Website:
https://www.bf2hub.com/stats/500380314

"Profile Id 500380314"

Add the number and save the form.
